Possible typo in 2018 Version B Q3(b)

In 3b, harmonic conjugate function v(x, y) is $3 - 12x^2y^2 + 2x^42y^4+5y+C$, does anyone know where the constant $3$ comes from?

After find what is Vx and Vy, Vy=Ux Vx=-Uy
